Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Personalized & Wedding Orders

Custom, personalized, wedding, event, and wholesale orders are specially made for each client.

Because of this, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Pricing

Prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Maison Floréa Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the product.

We will review each case individually.
